Prisma - support
To apply for a grant from Forte, you are required to use our application system, Prisma. Through Prisma, you can also access information regarding ongoing projects or grants, as well as submit requests for project changes.

Prisma support
The Prisma user manual provides guides on how to perform a variety of tasks in Prisma, such as how to create a user account, how to register an application, or how to perform your review tasks (if you have a role as a reviewer).
As a project leader, you will find information about your grant(s) on the “Grants” page under the “Applications and Grants” tab in Prisma. On the “Details” button for the relevant grant, you will find information regarding:
- Documents such as application, decision, terms of approval and statements
- Dates and signing of terms of approval
- Dates and reporting
- Requests concerning your grant

As administrating organisation (representative for the organisation), you will find information about signing and reporting under:
- The “Organisation tasks” tab, and the Sign and Report pages (prefects and equivalent, as well as economists)
- The “Organisation account” tab, and the Reporting overview and Signing overview pages (organisation account managers, application managers, as well as signing and reporting administrators)
If you have been assigned a task to sign or report, you will receive a notification via Prisma.

Grant management
In Prisma, you can monitor and manage your ongoing grants by submitting various requests. For example, you can make requests to extend the availability period, change the project leader or administrating organisation, end the project early or change the project site.
Reporting
Researchers and organisations with grants from Forte are required to submit a number of reports via Prisma. The financial officer at the administering organisation must submit a financial report each year the project is ongoing. The project leader must submit a final scientific report, and for grants of two years or longer, an interim scientific report must also be submitted.
About Prisma
Prisma is the joint application system for Forte, Formas and the Swedish Research Council. Through a single account in Prisma, you can manage your applications with all three research councils.
